How long does a customer have to request a refund?

All customers have 14 days from delivery to notify us of an issue.

How will a refund be processed and how long will it take?

Refunds will be made to via the same method as payment was made when the item is returned. It can take up to 1 week for refunds to be issued.

Do you require that products be unopened, unused, or in original packaging to request a refund?

If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, or no longer needed, they must be unused, in the original packaging, free from any damage, and return shipping costs will be at customers cost. Items must be delivered using the same delivery company and service. 


If anything has been delivered damaged please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss the issue.

What happens in cases of defective products?

If an item is delivered faulty or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, please contact us using the contact form on the website. We will ask for pictures, and may ask for the item to be returned to us. If we request for the item to be returned we will refund the return costs, however it must be returned using the same delivery company and service.

Most items are delivered with care instructions.  Please follow this instructions. We are not liable for any damage or issues that arise if the care instructions are not followed.

Are custom orders refundable?

Since custom orders are created to the customer specification they are not refundable unless faulty. We cannot refund or exchange custom goods where the error have been made by the customer. 


In the event that we have made a mistake or an item is received damaged or develops a fault, please contact us using the form on the website.

Is the original shipping refundable?

The original shipping is not refundable except where the item has been received damaged and we are notified within 14 days from the date of delivery.
